Training & Approach

Life can feel like a constant mental juggling act: too many tabs open in your brain, a to-do list that never sticks, conversations that feel overwhelming, and a nervous system that seems to be on high alert more often than not. You might feel misunderstood, burned out, or like you're always playing catch-up, no matter how hard you're trying. I work with teens, college students, and adults who are navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and executive functioning struggles. I also support parents through individual and family therapy, because helping a child thrive often means working with the whole system.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), using evidence-based tools to help you clarify what really matters to you and take steps toward a life that feels more grounded and manageable.

Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized; we’ll build skills like self-awareness, self-compassion, communication, and problem-solving, for your unique needs and at your pace. We’re not chasing perfection or an anxiety-free existence. We’re building a life that works for you. Want to learn more about how we can work together? Schedule a consultation.
