Individual Therapy

Anxiety

Interventions to support individuals who experience chronic worry or anxiety; struggle with managing stress at work, school, or home; or feel overwhelmed by life transitions or demands. Identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier perspectives, decrease avoidant behaviors, and practice problem-solving skills to address stressors effectively.

Executive Functioning Support

A multi-month treatment program that uses cognitive-behavioral strategies and values-based therapeutic techniques. Together we will assess your current presentation, develop actionable goals, and identify strategies to support you in achieving those goals. The program is designed to be intensive in the beginning (sessions may occur 1-3x a week depending on your goals and presentation) and gradually fade out as you gain independence with strategies. Our first treatment plan will always be 3 months long and we will assess your progress from there.

Behavior Change Therapy

Utilizes evidence-based behavioral interventions designed to help individuals make changes in their behavior and “reset” strategies to support sustained change over time. Every participant begins with a personalized evaluation to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth. We create clear and achievable small goals working towards larger goals. Learn practical techniques such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, time management, and problem-solving to support behavioral change. Clients use tools to monitor progress, recognize patterns, and celebrate successes.

  • We will always go gradually. Fast change is satisfying in the moment but often not sustainable.

  • Every treatment plan is highly individualized. Everyone’s life goals are different, so how we maximize on your strengths and build on your weaknesses will be unique.

  • You can expect to do some homework. Sessions will be active too but what you do outside your sessions will really drive your growth.

  • There may be an option for groups, depending on need, interest, and availability.
