Group Therapy Programs

Group therapy programs are offered depending on need on a rotating basis. Groups are often co-facilitated by two experience clinicians. Groups last 8-12 weeks depending on the program and are in person.

Each session integrates age-appropriate board games, group challenges, and creative play to encourage cooperation, critical thinking, and emotional awareness. Through guided activities, kids will develop confidence, enhance frustration tolerance, and strengthen their ability to work with others—all while having fun and making new friends.

Through structured, step-by-step exposure activities, participants learn to face anxiety-provoking situations in a safe and compassionate environment. The group empowers children and teens to challenge OCD, embrace discomfort as a part of growth, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Led by skilled therapists, Path to Growth encourages collaboration, connection, and progress at each participant’s pace. With peer support and guided interventions, children and adolescents will discover their capacity for courage, confidence, and meaningful personal growth—one step at a time.
